Welcome to JT Roselle Home Lighting Inc. online. If you wish to purchase from our online catalog, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. JT Roselle Home Lighting Inc. has the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully before you use this website.
You will receive an order confirmation email with a list of the items ordered. Please check this email to confirm its accuracy and contact us immediately if you have any questions. JT Roselle Home Lighting Inc. is not responsible for items purchased in error and will not assume any cost to exchange items ordered in error.
JT Roselle Home Lighting Inc. will attempt to process each order as soon as they are submitted. We cannot accept changes or cancellations for orders that have already been processed.
While we will make every effort possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the process after an order is submitted. Customer’s wishing to change or cancel their order may call before 5:00 PM EST on the day of purchase. After 5:00 PM EST customers should submit a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm all requests for as change or cancellation that are submitted after 5:00 PM EST within 24 hours, if you do not hear from us within 24 hours, the request was not received, so please contact us again via phone. We will confirm receipt of your notice within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.
Coupons, Discounts and Special Offers
Coupons cannot be combined with any other special offers, published or quoted discounts. Coupons are limited to one per customer, per order and are available for one-time use only. Coupons and other discount offers are not transferrable or redeemable.
Shipping & Handling
We can only ship to the 48 contiguous states. Orders for multiple items placed at the same time might arrive at different times. We ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. After credit approval most orders are shipped within three business days and will arrive one to ten business days after shipment depending on your location. We pay the shipping on all online orders over $ 250.00 that can be shipped standard UPS or FedEx ground. Orders under $100.00 will be $25.00 to ship and orders between $101.00 and $249.00 will be $15.00 to ship. “Oversized” and common carrier truck shipments may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to the shipment of your order. Shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address, zip code or the refusal of an item will be charged back to the customer. We cannot ship to PO Box locations. The sales tax rate is 7.375% for anything in NY State and no tax for out or state shipments.
Large or Custom Orders
Due to the nature of lighting some items cannot be shipped UPS or FedEx ground in this instance common carrier truckers are a dependable and economical way to deliver you product in two or three weeks. Deliveries are made Mon.-Fri. daytime hours to curbside or driveway only... If you need lift gate or other special delivery services, contact us at email@example.com or 914-528-8061. A representative from the common carrier trucking company will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Extra charges may apply to common carrier truck shipments and you will be notified of these prior to sipping. Commercial/Contractor/Large Job orders over $ 2,500.00 or more than six units are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned for any reason other than manufacturing defect. We recommend ordering a sample product prior to placing you main order if you are unfamiliar with the product. We reserve the right to change or modify this clause on a case by case basis.
A customer may choose to make a purchase placed online available for pick up at one of our showroom locations. If you wish to pick up your purchase we will contact you via phone or email after all of your merchandise is available and ready for your visit.
Orders will typically ship from the manufacturer within 5 business days from order acceptance, depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Please contact us at 914-528-8061 or firstname.lastname@example.org if your order has not been received in the time expected. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder, built-to-order or special order information we receive.
If a product is refused upon delivery, the standard return policy will apply. The customer will be responsible for the manufacturer’s restocking fee which may be up to 25% or the purchase price of the item, as well as both initial and return freight charges.
In the event an item has been damaged during shipping we will repair or replace that item at no cost to you. Contact us at 914-528-8061 or email@example.com within 48 hours to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Items without an RGA will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. We will provide easy to follow instruction for your RGA. A repaired or replaced item will be shipped as soon as possible with no additional charges.
If within (7) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do not ship the product back without contacting us first for a RGA Number and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product. We do not consider an item with broken glass to be a damaged/defective product. Please contact us by telephone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt and we will ship you a replacement glass at no charge to you.
HOLD ON TO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a RGA Number has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer’s packaging intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 25% restocking fee. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. You are responsible for coordinating the return of any items and any shipping charges incurred. Orders returned after 14 days or without an RGA Number will not be accepted.
All products sold by JT Roselle Home Lighting Inc. are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact us at 914-528-8061 or firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in processing your claim. We will repair or replace the defective item (except light bulbs) for one year from the date of purchase. We will in no uncertain terms or conditions be liable for installation fees or any kind.
